a small airport with good low-cost parking possibility and no waiting queues, it has one nice "feature" - driving with the plane over a bridge above the road

You prefer fresh fruits , salads and meals? Then you should try the Marché restaurant in the upper floor.

Delightfully small and easy to navigate. Only a 5 min walk to the train stop.

To get to Leipzig take the train . It's €5 and runs every 30 min from the airport train station .

Very clean , with free wifi . Airport used as hub for British and American troops.

Go upstairs to the seats in the back of the Marche Restaurant in Terminal B if you need electricity

If you're hungry eat at the Marché restaurant before security. Not much beyond that. Even if you have lounge access.

Besides looking good, especially for such a small airport , they need to upgrade badly. No "free" wifi , no smokers lounge and make sure you're not planning a quick bite at this airport ..

Information desk employees are helpless, as they don’t speak english or understand it.

Beware, the boarding pass check is closer to the airplane than you might think!

No fuel station at the airport , don't forget to fill up early if you rent a car

Schöner entspannter Flughafen . Die LH-lounge ist meist wenig frequentiert...sehr ruhig hier. Achtung: Die Gepäckabgabe befindet sich genau auf der anderen Seite vom checkin !

Kleiner Flughafen mit freundlichem Personal. Ruhig, gelassen und ohne Stress verreißen. Tolle Lounges und kurze Wege .

Der Flughafen Halle-Leipzig ist ein relativ kleiner Flughafen , bei dem eher wenige Flüge abgehen. Man muss aber unbedingt eine Flughafen Tour machen!!!

Groß, aber immer schön leer. Man muss selten viel Zeit für Check-In und Security einplanen. Besucherterasse ist etwas außerhalb auf dem Verwaltungsgebäude und wirklich hoch!

Kaffee trinken vor dem Checkin ! davor Milchkaffee 2,80€ danach 4,00€. Große Schlangen vor der Security gibt es nicht also kein Grund schon zeitig drinn zu sein. Da ist es noch öder.

Die Toiletten im Wartebereich passen nicht zum sonst guten und gepflegten Eindruck.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Gates sind eher so mittelmäßig schön .

Von der Größe her ähnlich wie Münster oder Nürnberg..
