Does anyone actually work at Lazada HQ in Malaysia, does not matter how many different numbers I call no one answers.

i wish to give you a strong reminder that a refund of 145 ringgit has been way overdue i am considering bringing this case to the small claims court for a just settlement.

My items has lasted one month plus and the delivering date been stated by Lazada have past yet,i have not gotten the items i paid for.

It has been a month now, Order #250564712216394 is still not being delivered. No explanation or notice received until now. All submitted inquiries were bounced back, the email address is not working.

i think lazada facing cashflow problem because seller asked me cancel order due to it took lazada 10-15days to pay seller. frustrated, seller asked me deal directly to them. surprised
