Download the MBTA mTicket app to get commuter rail tickets & T Alerts. Save $3 if the station sells tickets (vs buying on the train ). The monthly pass can't be used on the T so it costs $10 less.

Pay by phone using the app or calling 1-866-234-7275. The location numbers are 4384 for the Beaumont/Sherman Street lot and 4362 for the Jackson Street and Spaulding Street lots.

If you get stuck out here, welcome to the middle of no where. Saving grace though; that pizza place across the street (about the size of a pizza ) is a nice safe haven in the winter months.
