Shorten pharmacy waiting time. On busy days (lots of patients outside each clinic ), get a queue number right after consultation. When u r done with payment, fixing appointments, etc, it'll be timely

Thanks to pte GP for increasing jab price till it reached $100 & waiting time 2+hrs that prompted me to try here; only $12.60 by specialised nurse . (Govt subsidy via referral letter from Polyclinic.)

Vehicle Cashcard top-up kiosk is immediately to your right, as u enter the main entrance. There's even a public payphone next to it :-)

Don't turn up early cause you'll need to wait anyway! They go by your appointment sequence instead of you allocated time. Damn all late comers!

excellent service. as soon as you walk in, scan of card, and you know right away where to go and wait. That's why it's expensive .

Take the free shuttle from Novena MRT station is quite convenient ..

Choose the earliest 8.30am appointment, done in just a few mins, not much waiting & ample vacant carpark lot.

Ask for your repeat to be placed inside the plastic bag before they seal it!

The best place to get a cab is out the back exit through the carpark. You will catch empty cabs leaving Tan Tock Seng Hospital .

Clinic F treatment room nurses are very friendly and professional!

Pls turn up for appt and be puncture. Penalty $10 will be charged. Doctors were timed 5mins per patient
