Terrible we left our load. 4 pallets our appt time was 7 we showed up at 6 & didn't get called till 11:45 for a door. They need a express door for LTL loads.
Rude ass people. If your even 5 minutes late for appointment then you have to wait until "they can fit you in" which was almost 20 hours last time for me.
