You will receive free oil changes for life . They do charge you the sales tax and if you use synthetic, you pay the difference. Two years free comes standard on all Toyota and Scion's, as of right now.
Bought my car here after having a previous vehicle serviced here for years. Their service is great. Most of their service reps are wonderful
Stopped getting oil changes here after they started giving out free oil changes if you purchase from them. Bought my Toyota before they were there and the "Express" lube is anything but "express".

I have been coming here for everything for my car and it takes forever for things to be done!!!!!!! They put the wrong tires on my car more then once said they order them when they didn't. Be carful!
The phone operators are part of the scam. (I asked if a repair was in warranty.) "Well we can't tell without seeing the vehicle ." Service advisor took 2 seconds and told me I was out of warranty.
They are not honoring the lifetime oil change they negotiated when I bought my vehicle from them.

Do not do business with this dealership . They sold me an oil changes for life contract for $299 and are now refusing to honor the contract.
