There is a small outdoor patio . There is a happy hour from 3-5pm. The boba milk tea is good. Right near the fountain near AMC theatre .

Their boba is tasty and the perfect consistency! Had the taro teazer (a frozen/blended drink) and it was tasty!
Service is friendly . I had the chrysanthemum tea with Boba , which is pretty tasty and the boba has good consistency
Come here at least 3x a week. Rarely have a bad drink. When I do, they're more than happy to fix it. :)
Ask for less sugar in your milk tea ... It tastes better that way ????

Plays epic music mostly of Asian pop genres. Turns off Internet on weekends which is a bummer.
The teezers with boba are good. Try the jade milk tea with boba . Yummy!
If you ask that they make your food spicy , you might want to say it couple times; mine wasn't made right.

Unless you like excessively sweet drinks , stay away. I got my milk tea 1/4 sweet and it was barely drinkable.
