Every time I come in here. I have to search for people to help me out. I found a group of orange vests hanging out in the paint section all on their phones.
Neat and well organized
They apparently do not rent equipment at this location. Even though the website says they do. Customer service here was quite rude when I inquired about rentals.
If you want to have rope cut expect to wait 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure they have no workers here. One guy who went to get help and another worker has walked past 3 times, stared and kept going.
Don't order flooring here. Clueless. Management slow to respond to customer needs.
