Everything on the menu is great. They have a few special off menu items as well for their favorite customers. Get the BLT to start. Always get fries . The owners are down to earth, and love their work
The buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese sauce was really tasty. Good flavor and not too hot. I also tried the truffle fries , which were heavy on the aioli , but still really good. Worth it! ????
It was pretty good. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and a spicy sesame French fry . Generous serving, tasty food, spicy but not overpowering. Will definately hit up this food truck again!

I judged the $10 Buffalo Chicken Sandwich for being $10, but hot damn was it delicious and a MASSIVE sandwich . Well done Fat Shallot , well done.
The BLT and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich are both great. The buffalo chicken must be cooked in the spices, because it's not saucy.
Really good food truck . The pulled pork was delicious. Next time I'm getting the truffle fries too.
