Nice hotel with smiling staff . Great variety at the breakfast with Asian and Western specialities. Close to a subway station and everything you may need if you don't want to go too far away.

This hotel is pretty cool. Location is very handy as its 10minutes walk from Gangnam station and easily found next to the ritz Carlton. Hotel is under renovation so the dated rooms are gone. Enjoy ????

Try premier exclusive floor, good service but so complicated for the elevator . They should have their own elevator will be perfect, cuz we live on the top of building

overall: the lobby is nice and the service is crisp…but the rooms themselves feel like the parts of the ‘80s nobody wants to remember. in desperate need of a price drop or heavy renovations

i’ve stayed in a great number of hotels and airbnbs in korea, as well as my own apartment…and this is without a doubt the worst shower i’ve had, from seoul to jeju. you’re better off rinsing in a 찜질방

Not a common feature of Novotels in the rest of the world the Ambassador offers an executive lounge with a nice breakfast and drinks selection.

this is damn disingenuous. if you want to greenwash yourself while upselling your guests, fine, i can think of worse things…but pretending the government made you do it? no other hotel in seoul does…

Don't forget to have your key card with you all the time because you need it to use the elevator
