The place looks a little old and not well taken care off but besides that its a Nice place for a different sunday, outdoor style. You can fish , bbq , play outside and have fun with your kids.

It's a timeshare presentation but one that is very professionally done. The gifts are real! If you want to get away with your family or friends Silverleaf is an affordable , safe, and enjoyable way.

Tips are true, although we're happy with buying in. Great and inexpensive way to get away. The trips to lure you in can be tricky as in you need to be timely on responses and your dates set in stone.

Overall I liked it. Had to cancel the tour due to family illness. Lots of little amenities missing that were supposed to be there. A/C broke, had to replace ice maker. Repair men timely fixing items.

I agree as well with the other tips tho, they always try to get you on deals. Be smart about it, buy foreclosures, Overall the Silverleaf Resorts all over nation are nice for R&R and to get away

Good deal for families with lots of kids. Let us take our kids on cheap vacations!! Now that kids moved out, we're ready to give ours away

Been a member for over 10 years.. I've watched them change and change amenities .. But where are the maintenance fees going? Our lodge has more than 3 things broke in it and smoke odor

Timeshare isn't for everyone that is true. However it does make sense for some people. You can buy the from other people but beware, all of the benefits don't transfer!

Very Nice Resort...Had a Blast

It's a time share site, expect them to double even triple team you to try a sale. But the free trips they offer is legit "with $50 fee for each person flying" not a bad deal.

Great for large families, but you must know how to negotiate.

Don't get suckered by the "great" deals. You can buy the timeshare from people who already got taken for about 1/6th the price.

Lets see if my gf and I get our $20 back + $20 for coming to the tour . AND see if we get a "free" trip for 2 to Vegas.

No lane ropes in any of the pools, no chance of getting any laps done with those kiddos every where.....

Don't get suckered at the mall by a letter or phone call saying you won $$$. They're trying to sell you a time share . No more, no less.

Do not under any circumstances buy time share here. It's a trap. They money you to death after you sign and it's impossible to get out of the contract.
