I wish that course plus would enforce the rules like no cell phone talking while exercising on the equipment. People have long. loud cell phone conversations. Please be considerate of others.
Please, please remember to take a shower before going into the pool or the hot tub . It's gross that no one showers before going in. I see some filthy men going in there for their weekly bath.
I absolutely LOVE this place! Everything about it is friendly , helpful, and very comfortable .
Great gym . Jennifer is an awesome personal trainer .
The best time to work out is after 8 pm. There's only a few people on the fitness floor.
Come check out the racquetball...very competitive
Try Body Pump and/or Body Combat...they'll change your whole body!
I don't recommend the wings .
