Definitely things have changed here, place is decorated with flowers , people are friendly & they do their job without delay..... I am speechless
Well , it tooks us half a day with only two lines ; one for application forms and then again inline to pay :-/ You can only pay in Nepalease Ruppees; bring pasport, copy of passport and visa, and photo.
Positively surprised, it only took 15 minutes....
