You get personal service while checking in and all you have to do is give the agent your ID and destination and they do the rest! You don't have to use a kiosk and the personal touch makes it worth it

Always great way to check-in for your flight as the line for the Main Cabin gets long and they complain when you can walk right up to check-in when they have waited an hour xx

If traveling in United Economy on flights before 11a paying the $12 - $19 for 'Premier Line ' is worth it as two kiosks for 300+ Economy Pax causes lines ! (I am Premier 1K and always travel First) xx

This position as well as the other check-in counters and self-service machines are staffed by 'mainline' United Employee and no longer United Express aka SkyWest Airlines staff ... Better process now!
