Nancy is amazing!! Here classes are fantastic. Thursdays are her day off so be aware if your heading down for a class . Either way all the instructors are great.
Love the classes GW offers here!! Nancy has a great abs & spin class ! I'm a new fan of Zumba & it's pretty good! Also try beach yoga & Pilates ... Very relaxing but challenging! ;-) Live Aloha !
