Compared with the nearby resorts , this is a different world. A whole street of restaurants and bars and just one street in is a beach with good wave to ride. I can see people partying here...

Perhaps the most touristy of all the beach towns , which I don't tend to like. However, if that's your thing, it's great. I will say that the most amazing sunsets I've seen were in Jaco.

Take a surfing lesson while in town or swing through the jungle on one of the canopy tours ! You'll love Jaco!

Hit the supermarket and buy the local whit cheese and bread ! Cheap & good!
