Courteous staff , clean work-out area, free water, towels , shampoo , body wash . Free and open to hotel guests from 6AM to 10PM.
If you want to use the sauna , advise the attendant in advance so that they can prep it. By the time you're done with your workout, it's already ready with the right temperature. ;-)
All you have to bring is an extra shirt , a water bottle and YOURSELF! Towels , shampoo , body wash etc. Is provided by our dear gym . ENJOY.
Don't forget to bring your own tumbler, they have free hot and cold water.
