Buses start boarding about 20 min before Dep. Line forms about 30 min before. But don't sweat! Line has to be out the door or past the bathroom for the bus to be full. Not too far from the Amtrak too.

If you need to plug in a device to charge, the big upright poles in front of the left and right group of benches have outlets.

Check out the sandwich dispenser machine near the exit if you arrive sometime after the restaurant has closed. It's edible and has somewhat reasonable prices.

If the restaurant is open get something to snack on before your long trip. If it is closed, make use of the vending machines. Get something.

Plan on staying here at least an hour Bcuz the bus never arrives or leaves on time. Or it gets full because their excuse is the bus coming 4m Montreal not telling them how many seats r available

If you take the adarondac trailwsys bus nyc - mtl. You don't stop/get off the bus here. Its worth finding.

Sketchiest bus station I have even been to. Never come here alone, especially if you are a woman. I have been cat-called at in the middle of the afternoon...

Well , the renovated bathrooms were nice while they lasted. They now look like they did a couple years ago - with newer tiles.

Pro-tip: even if you buy a bus ticket, you're not guaranteed a seat for your time. Just saw 10 people ejected from their bus because of people transferring to earlier bus times. Do not want. Avoid.
