Good location. Best oceanview rooms are 312 (3rd Floor), 112 (1st Floor) , 307 & 107. The best oceanfront rooms are 325 & 125. Don't expect luxury but all you need in a nice place for a fair rate.

Spent 5 nights here and loved it! Extremely good price to value - ocean view from all rooms, water bottle to reuse, free morning yoga classes , beautiful sunrises and newly renovated rooms . ????

ocean views are incredible! you can literally see the sunrise from your room! location is awesome, close to kapaa downtown.

The Wifi is slow, the rooms are a bit outdated but it is a good value with close beach access , scenic views off the large balcony , in a great location and has larger fridge with small food prep area.

Probably the nicest Cheap hotel we have ever stayed in.
