This was so perfect for our stay..& for $65 within our budget. The owners were delightful & kind & so hospitable with coffee & donuts offered for free. I will stay there in a second ,on my next visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was fresh and ready early every morning. The room and bathroom was clean and well maintained every day. It was 4 days of quiet and comfort. I will stay again

The owner was beyond nice and helpful. The property was in good condition when we arrived. The room was very clean and the pillows and beds were so comfy that I wish I could take them home.

The husband and wife who run it are very nice and helpful. When we we needed anything they got it for us and the rooms were clean and priced well for our budget. Couldn't as for more!

If you are going to this area, this is a great find at a great price. Nothing fancy , no pool but nice clean quiet rooms. We had a kingsized bed, newish carpet, a showerhead plenty high enough

We stayed for 3 days in a end room. The room was neat and clean . The owners we very nice and would do anything you asked of them. They are concerned for their qeusts.

The room was a very good value for the money and the fridge and microwave in each room is a definite plus. It also was nice having the chairs outside the room to enjoy the weather.

I am very picky about where I sleep. This was a very quaint and cute hotel . My family and I had a good night's rest here, and the staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

Although the motel is old, it is kept clean and up to date. It's quiet and away from the traffic but still handy. The manager, Mark was friendly and very willing to help in any way needed.

Very clean . Close to Wachusette. Management was incredibly friendly and helpful. Sheets were clean and crisp, carpet was vacuumed. Flat screen TV with lot's of channels. Room had microwave and fridge .

We stayed here 2 nights since we attended a wedding nearby. The people who run the motel are really nice. The rooms are clean and the water is hot. If you like a firm mattress, you are in luck!.

the inside was very clean and clean white linens, crisp sheets NO BED BUGS!!! ( that is the first thing we check for everywhere) the beds are comfortable , walls are clean and NO CARPET

this motel worked well for us as we were attending a dog trial and needed a place that would accomodate us with 2 large dogs. The gentleman and lady at the front desk were very nice

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. I was travelling on business and needed someplace affordable . Also, they take cash and don't harass you about a credit card. That is important to me.
