This is off the tourist path and where the locals hang out. Great place, great traditional Norwegian food with a twist, good local beer selection and friendly staff . Try it out!
Big patio with some decent views of the water and town . I enjoyed every beer the staff recommended.
Friendly staff . And great neighborhood bar vibe for this very local beer bar. Some food that is not bad actually. Kitchen close around 9-9.30pm on Sundays
Recommend the carbonara and traditional dish with sausages , dumplings and meatballs . Heavy filling food. Note if you sit outside there are a lot of smokers.
Super friendly people, good food, local flavor, and a nice selection of beer made this a fun place anytime of day.
Big patio with some decent views of the water and town . I enjoyed every beer the staff recommended.
Friendly staff , lots of locals, and a great outdoor patio . Wish they had more vegetarian options though.
Great place, but make a reservation . Staff was helpful and let us taste several beers .
Norwegian traditional food . 'Ball' on Thursdays! Changing menu and passionate staff . Nice atmosphere. Jazz music .
Good options for the daily menu , lots of micro brewery beers . No vegetarian options .
Food, beer and staff . What’s not to like
nice outside tables . had only a beer there, not so much to tell about.
Great location very quaint .

Excellent Swedish meatballs and varied local beer selection. Downstairs pub really pleasant. - Jason Hoch
Great food, organic wines and real ales served in an environment with real soul. Just a short ride from the centre on the tram and you're in one of the only neighbourhood restaurants in Bergen. - Michelle Rowley
Great service and good food! - JC
By from their hot dish section if you want to spend less on restaurants and cafees. - Ceci
