Get the Holy Mole burrito as a burrito bowl ! Make it vegan with Daiya cheese and trade your chicken for quinoa . Very slow service, be prepared. Worth the wait if you have the time!
I eat here all the time. Great stop for food and craft beer . Vegetarians and vegans have ample options too!

I love the Zapatista salad with added steamed broccoli . But anything you get here is likely to be fabulous. Call at least ten minutes ahead for pickup.

Everyone gets the Tofu Pad Thai, but the Sag Panneer is my favorite. They have a good salad bar and Hot Lips sodas- the raspberry is wonderful. Pretty much the only healthy food option in the EMU. - Jessica Jazdzewski
