Best dinner we've had in Peru. The restaurant celebrates 27 years of existence, last ten or so with a French owner who knows good food. Everything on the menu is excellent.
The Peruvian food is good and the service was great, despite how busy the place. It was a little noisy with backpackers, but was a great find.
It is $$$ but big portion , great food, nice service and good ambiance. We really liked it ! Had the spicy trout , oignon and Peruvian soup , pepper chicken and steak . All delicious.
Awesome!!! Tomato soup , pasta and apple pie ! Perfect! Special comment to the apple pie : it wasn't perfect only because it wasn't bigger (and it's already a good size)
Perfect place to have a nice dinner . Great atmosphere. Good choices of wine and beers . Very good food but ask to lower the salt as the chef seems to have a heavy hand on it.
The food is fresh and very well done. Cool place. Beside there is a nice draft beer bar.
Definitely the best restaurant in the area. Nice waiters and delicious food. Try salmon with maracuyá sauce and chips with pisco sour . Yummy!
Great service and atmosphere. They offer a complimentary bread basket for any order (including coffee and drinks)
Excellent food - refreshing salad and an amazing trucha with Quillabamba mango . Cozy ambience .
E had the trout and ginger chicken . Very nice trout and great bread . Owner is very attentive and the staff is wonderful.
The restaurant has been in business for twenty-five + years, last ten or so with a French owner. Everything is tasty and stylish
Awesome! One of the best meal of the trip. Cozy place, delicious food! A must go place
One of the best meals in my life: so much intensity and passion. It's a must before die place to eat.
great off-beat place. interesting food although i'd never call it French. slow service but worth the wait. great atmosphere.
Salad creole is beautifully presented, abundant and delicious. All dishes are hearty. Hungry? Get the well prices set menu .
Go for the Indio Pasta to gather energies if you are hiking up to Machu Picchu the next morning!
The price is reasonable, but the food’s quality and quantity make it worth it.
huge portion . food were really good . A must visit in Agua Caliente
Menu is now 59.50 soles for set menu , the highlight was the avocado and papaya appetizer , chicken dish was meh. Place was ok but apparently not much quality food in this town to choose from:/
Big portions , well prepared. Salmon ceviche was good as was their omelette .
Great place !! You must come here ! 2 Thumbs up !!!
Probably the best dinner you'll have in Aguas Calientes!
Second wonder of Macchu Picchu. When a chef from Provence opens a spot here, you go.
Nice Peruvian restaurant . Good food and not expensive
Even if you're not getting drinks, take a look at the bar . It's exquisite!!
Try any of their fishes . Their portion sizes are quite large.
Decent food, fair prices , good atmosphere, friendly staff . Popular w tourists and given the hit or miss food in Machu Picchu I can see why. Avoid table near double doors, people confuse for entrance.
The tomato soup and the mushroom trucha are delicious!
Best restaurant in Aguas Caliente. Great food and delicious juices . Ginger chicken is spectacular.
Big portions and its famous (huge) lemonade
Highly recommend this hole in the wall . Try the fixed menu !
The food Is great, the service was slow but is worthy
Everything we tasted was great. But do yourself a favor and try the fries .
very tasty trout dishes
Try their S/.50+ menu. Three dishes for a low price. Fine dining at its best.
Great service and delicious food!
Exceptional food and service
Leave a bill from your own country or your business card
Awesome establishment and delicious food.
Good food. Good service from the waiters . BUT the owner is VERY RUDE!
Spicy salmon trout (yum! ????)
The Pisco Sour is amazing! Really. Try it!
Best food I've had in Peru!
Good food, not so good service . It took me 20 minutes just to get my bill. After I got tired of waiting I went up to the register and the wife of the owner gave me an attitude for no reason.
Trout is wonderful

Love the pasta
The best trucha al Macho
Just got back from trying this place and I'm sick!!!! :(. Service was cold and unwelcoming. Food was blah. Very disappointed as so many folks seemed to have a good experience here. Never again for me
Bring your business card to leave on their wall. Fun place.
Ask for the ceviche as a starter and then go for the quinua risotto. Simply amazing!! - Diogo Polanski
Very clean, friendly and fair prices place. Great coffee, sandwiches, sweet bread and cakes. Just one block from the bus stop to Machu Pichu. - Missaki Idehara
Lovely rooms, nice traditional and rustic decor. The breakfast buffet is perfect for covering the hikers needs, with eggs and loads of nuts. Complimentary fruit, coffee and tea available all day. - María
Beautiful plaza between the mountains - Norberto Burciaga
The Montaña Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu trails are challenging but worth every step. - Chris Edwards
Prices at the market are nearly double what you can get in cusco. Magnets were s5 each but I managed to bargain down to s2 each for 5. I had to try a couple of stalls. So be patient and haggle! - May
