Titop island is located in the heart of Halong Bay . The island was named Titop by Uncle Ho to mark the souvenir when visit the island with astronaut Russia Giecman Titop on 22/11/1962.

It's worth climbing up the stairs. You'll be rewarded with magnificent views . Only wished there's a larger area to swim .

A very good place for kayaking especially with several islands and limestone islets spread across the bay . Be careful when kayaking though as there are many ships cruising .

The island was named after the visit of the Russian astronaut , which made the longest flight space - G.S. Titov. The name was little bit misspelled.

Only 45 minutes left for visiting, but you'll be still stuffed from large lunch menu right before (lunch starts 90 mins before)

Lousy service and dirty beach and changing room. Avoid the beach if you can.
