The room is spacious but the tv is a bit small compared to it. Nice small swimming pool outside the room.
I guess they didn't do the maintenance regularly. Even the deluxe room wasn't very pretty. The swimming pool was covered with dirt and leaves when I arrived. Not recommended Santika hotel .
Kalau untuk pelayanan sudah oke, cuma utk di kamar hendaknya disediakan sajadah krn bagaimanapun disini msh mayoritas islam ...

Hotelnya bersih (baru jd sktr 2010), manajemennya menunjukkan sikap yg simpatik & bertanggung jawab (kami komplaoin soal order room service), tapi kok listriknya "byar pet" niiih..??
