Never had a bad experience here, staff obliging even when burnt off their feet.The coffee is the best.
Strawberry and Cream Cooler is a must. And The Chai Latté is lovely. Service sometimes a little slow. But bear in mind it is a busy shop.
If you want the best & freshest coffee you have to wait for it, stands to reason, the Barista's are very busy; try smiling you might get one back! 8-)

Don't bother asking for cinnamon or any other 'customisations'. I got a filthy look despite asking very politely.
The service is so slow in this place! I waited ages for a blended drink today. I really don't think the staff know what they are doing.
