Note the facial features of the 4 Buddhas - the original ones have a strong Indian influence whereas the later copies show more Chinese influence

Ask your guide to switch off the artificial lights momentarily so you can experience the natural spotlight on the Buddha as the architecture had originally envisioned. You'd floored by the drama.

They said this is the most beautiful temple of Bagan ,but i think it is just ok.Big,cóntruction&material are awesome,but not beautiful.Should not visit at noon,too hot for bare foot on the cement floor

La Pagoda más famosa de Bagan. Recién restaurada brilla de blancura. Mejor visitarla temprano por la mañana para evitar los grupos.
