Totally DISAGREE with Tanya F.'s tip! I've never seen any less than 4 people here. They are very nice and helpful! You must wear headphones to hear ANY tv/sports/whatever! Tanya must work 4 other gym !
The black card membership is totally worth it. Sounds like Tanya forgot to sign up to use the massage beds/chairs... they work great!
If you're going to use a treadmill , one of the ones on the back row under the fan. The breeze feels great during your workout!
