Food is good. Service is outstanding. Best fine dinning option at the Hilton. Building is interesting but sitting outside can be very windy. Seafood is the way to go.
Best restaurant on the Hilton property. Take the shuttle from the front desk to the golf course . Order the seafood , it is amazing. Wish i could have eaten here every night. Reservations required.
This restaurant is so nice and very well managed and professional. Great bar and multitude of drinks and all inclusive. Yes that is the life.

Good food - but make sure you insect spray... Can get a few bites without. Lovely bar area up there.
Do not miss the jerk lamb . Really good.
Make sure you make reservations at least 24 hours in advance!
Avoid the outdoor seating , too many flies/mosquitos!
GREAT food - if you're staying at Rose Hall, make sure two of your dinners , at least, are here.

Jerk pork is the best dish on the lunch menu. Don't even bother with the jerk chicken. Get a seat up front for a nice view of the water. Be sure to make reservations for dinner. - John Hankus
