First time staying at Heart of Gold and it was GREAT. Friendly staff , very clean , awesome People and very central. Nice lounge too.

6 bed room comfortable , but not enough plugs nor individual lights . Not great to meet people, full of families and school trips and way too big. Very clean , button showers . Hidden kitchen!

Good cheap breakfast , rooms are clean but that's the only positive thing I can say about this hostel . Not enough plugs and individual lights in the room. Not enough douches in the corridor.

Location is very good. Has lot of connects of city transportation. WIFI works very well in a room. Clean but chairs in a twin room is uncomportable.

Just finished a trip to Europe during which I stayed in six hostels . This was by far my favorite: great location, great prices, great staff , and cheap beer .

Location is very central, you can go to all the touristy places walking. For the same price in another borough you can get a much nicer place.

The 42-bed room is not as bad as it sounds. Excellent breakfast for only 5 euros.

The Heart of Gold has the best crowd of any hostel in Germany

Room keycard doesn't work if you place it near your phone. (It took couple of days for me to figure this out)

El hotel es muy moderno , pero el mantenimiento malo, paredes manchadas, moho en la ducha , estantería descolgada, ducha medio atascada...

hostel w ścisłym centrum , super atmosfera dookoła. pokoje czyste i schludne. wszędzie można dojść pieszo. koniecznie zajrzyjcie do fire bar, który jest niedaleko!

Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe na centrum Berlina i wszystkie co ważniejsze miejsca oraz ciekawe bary :)
