Maybe ask for the fatter cut of brisket if possible.. It was so dry along with the grilled chicken , it may as well have both been jerky . Too bad considering our first visit, it was really tasty.

Try the Burnt end it's awesome. Good customer service. And they are giving thier sauces for free ????
