Even if you made one mistake in your form which was filled online, they will ask you to fill the form again. Why do you have to submit an online form if you can't amend it in the system? Crazy!

Make sure your name in pasport are the same in visa.eg if u have bin or binti follow strictly or else it will be another excuse for them to charge u rm!!

The guy at the photo counter is an ass. He'll just ask you to take a seat, & if he remembers you, you're lucky, if not, you'll have to keep reminding his lousy ass that you paid for your photo taken!

All IVS Global Indian Visa Centres are discouraging the application for a 5 years Tourist Visa for Malaysians costing RM 910. I have written to HCIKL experiencing this at IVS Wisma Chase Perdana

When Indian Visa Centre turn u down or your on emergency... Walk in to Grand Lotus Travel n Tour .. One door beside.. They will do all the online stuff, photo, submission n collection [surcharge RM350]

It's a hellhole. Make sure you have your confirmed flight ticket or you have to go through a series of UNFORTUNATE EVENTS.

There's premium service that adds RM50 to get you wait in a lounge with an officer provide all services for application. It's just a simple waiting lounge but more comfy armchair and good service

Unless you don't mind wasting your time, please take the full premium package. RM50, 20 for instant picture n 20 for form filing. No hassle! For business visa make sure u hv invitation letters!

Still early but a long queue exist. It's open from 9am onwards. Will come back after quick breakfast .

Nearest parking would be behind the mahkamah that seems to be impossible~another choice would be underground prking under the padang merdeka.but they charge rm5/hour! Deng~

They changed the rules again. They need 2 x two inch by two inch photos with a white backdrop. Fill your forms online and print it out at home. Otherwise, you would be queuing up with the masses.

The changed the system again.. odd size 2 by 2 inch white background photo.. So they can make money in their side business !!!

I did my submission below 30 minutes with Premium Service . You just have to ensure all the supporting documents are in order before you go to the counter.

They should have at least 2 employees to check the your details as the queue tend to get longer, esp when agents give a huge pile of documents.

Submission from 9am - 2pm only! They won't entertain even u are 5 mins late. And no express visa, even god come also cannot. (as they told me)

Decided to take premium service & pay rm53. Really cannot tahan waiting for more than 1hr but our number still very very far

Don't forget to bring 2 passport sized photos.flight itinerary.passport.bring a pen.and probably a pillow too,esp if u don't come early.

Visas are now to be filled online first, printed and then submitted with a 2x2 inch photo with white background.

If you want to make a visa, please fill in the form on9 first, can save RM20 maaa

You can opt for courier service to get back your passport . RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia.

Collecting passport after Visa approval. Too much hassle even in minor details.

The services is OK-long queue please come early. And for collection at 5pm

Bring a pillow , you can have a nap with these kind of slow service.

LIER!!!said collection time on 5.30-6.30pm..6.45pm passport still not arrive yet..my flight 8.30pm..WTF!!!

Beware of scam - they insist you use their lounge and then they charge you 50rm for it :) also it was even slower than regular service

No Biometrics For Above 70 Years Old And Below 12 Years Old !

Queues are long so come earlier, they operate until 2pm.

Lousy. Super Slow. Not efficient. Group only one counter. Copy of passport charge RM0.50/piece. No staple, glue or table provided for customers to do preparation.

Делают визу на 3 месяца. Будьте очень внимательны! Зарабатывают на всём! Фотографии нужны глянцевые,иначе фото в будке 20 рингит,в соседнем магазине 16 рингит,а подальше вообще около 5,если своё фото.
