Wonderful clean room . Friendly staff . But was double charged for our room die to a booking error. Had to dispute the charge via my credit card company after 3 failed attempts to resolve directly.

This place is too large for its operating budget. Staff tries hard but falls short .
Glass nickel pizza delivers here till midnight they have menus at the front desk.
All the hotel staff are wonderful and friendly , but don't bother eating at the cafe . It's way overpriced for just average quality.
Poor planning by the sales manager no staff to support to conferences of decent size....
Check your room after first arriving. Mine had dirty sheets and a TV that would not turn on.
