This is the perfect bar for a Spritz. Sit in the relaxed atmosphere between old fish market tables and watch the owner Cobo open one bottle of sparkling wine after the other
In Bolzano for 5 nights. This became our go-to place for before dinner aperitivo , the Hugo or the Venizian for me and beer for hubby. A chat with the owner was a bonus.
Serves free chips . Cool place to sit. Going inside to use the toilet wakes you up a bit. Bruschetta had a little too much olive oil going on. Wasn’t bad but don’t think I’d come back.

Main square in Bolzano, very nice place to start exploring the city. In spring we found a herb and flower market here. The Christmas market must also be very nice! - J Kofler
