Kaiserschmarn here is very good. Service is and always has been spotty, not like that's a shock when you're in Vienna. The owner is a "celebrity" in her own mind with cooky pics hangin' everywhere.

Some of the best strudel and baked goods in town . Rare.

Also people starting to sit outside. Spring getting here, finally. Trying to quit smoking here is a bitch here. Also south American bombshell sitting at the same tAble as me with ultra cool bf. Sigh.

Sit outside & get the kaiserschmarn, delicious and worth the wait. Have a coffee or a beer or two while you wait. Interesting bathrooms downstairs. There's also a hidden bowling alley down there too.

We were 4 people came here to try the infamous Kaiserschmarren but the waiter said sorry you need to order more in case you re 4. & the Kaiserschmarren was average. Not recommended, very rude waiters
