The grooming and pet hotel are both awesome! Caroline has been coming here for years and they know her by sight! I always feel she is well cared for and safe!
Went to reserve a 5 days stay for my 2 dogs in the Pet Hotel . They wanted me to pay for 2 room because 1 of my dogs is a Pitbull. I called and the response i got was it's corporates policy. B-S
Waited 45 minutes for groomers to come back from 1/2 hour lunch ......Looked like they had not cleaned anything all day, they were walking in hair on the floor. Dirty , unsanitry wont be back EVER!!

Wouldn't recommend the grooming services there. They were extremely rude & did not handle my dog very well , she came home limping from getting her nails trimmed.
