I had a great experience there The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean . Value for money .It is close to underground station and about twenty minutes far from piccadily circus .
Their family suite that claimed to fit 6 people, is not even up to 25m². The room was so stuffy, door lock was spoiled, phone wasn't functioning, and lights in the toilet failed to light up. Disaster.
The wifi is so weak, that I couldn't even connect to it. However, the breakfast is good, and the waitresses are friendly .
