Tried the local specialty of trofie al pesto . It was the best thing I had in a week! Foccaio served with all meals is also pretty good.

The folks who run this joint need some serious training in customer service. Skip this place... pretty to look at bar but with no substance... the management does not respect the customer... "boo".

Leave the touristy waterfront restaurants of Portovenere behind for fresh, local fish and pasta. Spaghetti with anchovies and mussels was fantastic, fish carpaccio was exceptionally fresh! - Susan Agliata
