Good first impression. It was busy, but front desk was efficient & friendly . Restaurant & bar fare: horrible Hungarian goulash , but the Leipziger Allerlei was excellent. Perfect for a light dinner .

Great staff ... The hotel misses a small touch to be great. The rooms are good, comfortable , but a lack of a touch in the rooms and common areas.

Staff is so disrespectful, I've found my room not prepared when I arrived and I had to call them two times to clean it. Another time I had to call because bathroom was dirty and so smelly

Rooms are same as Hostel ...coffee kettle doesn't work. No minibar, no safe , no sanitary gadgets
