I love Paul Schat's Bakery. When I entered Paul's bakery the smells were amazing. I had an awesome lunch and it was superb, The 2 dozen cookies I left were super great tasting as well !! The Help 5????
Love this place!! Amazing food! Very friendly staff ! Very clean ! Bread , cookies , meat, everything is super fresh and outstanding!! Eat in or carry out , always delicious!!! :)
Nv tri-tip was good, but chewy. Fries were excellent. Counter service was eh. Super busy after 1pm on a Tuesday. Call ahead for take-out. The bakery is the best part.
I tried a sandwich and a slice of cake . Both were excellent. I’ll be back!

Sit in the cake shop for great ambience and order the vegetarian sandwich (Tahoe Trailblazer)... So good!
