Stopped while driving north to Virginia. It was very crowded and the parking lot was very difficult to get around in. As others have noted, service was slow—took 30 minutes for 2 coffee drinks.

Every other person on I-95 stops here in need of a caffeine fix on a road trip. They should have more baristas on a holiday weekend. Drive-thru looked like it was moving.

Super super incredibly slow. It kills me to have to stop here but unfortunately its the perfect distance...don't stop if you're in a real hurry.

This is the slowest starbucks on the planet!!! And the dirtiest!!! I do t understand why it takes 20 minutes to get me and orange spiced ice coffee with a shot!!! Not traveler friendly at all! SUCKS!

If you're desperate for caffeine from your trek up I-95, this place won't kill you. It IS noticeably unkept and unfriendly. Probably better to hold your pee for another stop.

Worse Starbucks ever ! But b/c they're the only one in this area they still get business!! They NEVER get your order correct and get attitudes when you want your drink corrected. Plus super slow

sadly this place has deteriorated over the years. I usually do drive thru so I never have a problem with bad service I decided to go in today and I found the place to be dirty inside and out. :(

There was no one in front of us in line but wasn't greeted for at least 5+ mins. even though there were 4 employees around. Finally a nice girl served us (seemed like the only one helping customers).

Friendly workers . If you're not a coffee person, the chocolate smoothie is great

Wow! Lot of problems listed. I have been to this Bucks several times. It's never been dirty or slow. Speaking of dirty ...try the Dirty Chai !!! Yum!!!

All the workers are so nice , they stay so busy cause the drinks are the best hear !!! And it's repeat ppl everyday that says it all

Gotta agree. Been standing in line for 8 minutes with only 2 people in front of me and no one has even taken our orders . However the drive Thru is well cared for.

Still the worst Starbucks on the east coast, and still the only one on 95 for several hours. Try your drink before you drive away.

slow and needs a good cleaning . wished i would of read tops before stopping... would have went a few more miles north. will not stop here on my return trip

This is the worst starbucks on the east coast by far. I've been to a great many, stopped here 2 dozen times at least and it's always horrible. They haven't gotten their act together yet.

I always stop here when driving through North Carolina

Slow service and the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in. Two employees loudly airing their dislike about something behind the counter. Very unpleasant to be greeted with.

Make sure your lid isn't sitting on a dirty counter - will not be back here.
