Avoid staying in this hotel if u can. It's 30 degrees C in the rooms, I m sweating n they won't turn on the air-conditioning becos "its between autumn & winter". What absurd policy is that?

One of the best seafood restaurants in Dalian. The decor is a bit gaudy but the food is amazing. Generally attentive/friendly waitresses. Try the 芸豆包子 as an alternative to the seafood. - Susanna Chen
