Had pedals replaced at their suggestion, but the knocking I came in for persists.. I will be back in for it to be cleared up
The eventually fixed the knocking in the bottom bracket, but refuse to reimburse me for the misdiagnosed pedals .
Inept customer service, questionably component repairs.
