Come at the end of the day. It's less crowded , peaceful and you can watch the sun set. The best is to drive down to the end of the road and swim in the inland lake . Much warmer and calmer. ;-))

North Beach is blissfully peaceful ,it boasts a km of pristine sandy beaches and plenty of space to spread your towel.Lake Ontario side has shallow water , but there is an undertow if you go out too far
