9 Garden South Room 350-2 (the window) my doctors r very informative with excellent bed-side manners. My RN's Rusty & Gurleen took great care of me & every nurse I encountered was happy assist me.
If you have a family member that is too sick to stand up for themselves, then you may want to spend the night like i did! It's 5:30pm and I'm still looking at my mother's lunch tray!
If you have a concern or complaint, tell Patient Relations (Mary is the best) and they'll not only tend to issue but Aldo give you vouchers for free food and/or Gift Shop !
The free guest wifi is great as is the free television and phones in the rooms. The food aint the best but beats many by far. Plus they allow you to go outside to smoke id you're a smoker.
Dr. Oz works here and can be seen any given Thursday heading to the 7th floor (Cardio Vascular).
CCU doctors & nurses are fantastic... And *really* patient with families asking tons and tons of questions...
You can move freely around the hospital and even go outside to smoke (yep, while still admitted.

Too many people and apparently short on nursing staff . Doctor McCormack was excellent anyway.
Family member had heart surgery today. The staff and nurses and very informative and helpful. You're in good hands here.
