Lovely day out for family. They have a huge variety of animals. Price not so bad. The Hotel is near by. Hotel is very convenient as its so close but definitely not child friendly . Very upper class !

Book online for a slight saving. Often have discount vouchers on their website. Kids like visiting at Halloween for pumpkin carving and haunted house.
Awesome exhibits and really in keeping with their natural environments as much as possible. Also penguins rule
Take sandwiches if you're a coach driver, as you don't get a meal voucher anymore :-( or drive down the road to the crown carvery and get a decent meal for an honest price ! :-)

It is beautiful, even on a rainy day and new animals and enclosures are opening every year.

On the busiest days do the loop anti-clockwise. Most people go the other way so it'll be quieter .
