Great customer service. They really know what they talk about and accomplish to give perfect suggestions. Adding the fact that they give time life bike service, puts this shop in one of my favorites.
Unbelievable service. Repaired my Dahon folding bike in 5 minutes after two shops in Brooklyn told me there was nothing that could be done to salvage the bike . By far my favorite bike shop in NYC.
