Simply the best meal in Cayman. If you have only one meal, make it at the Brasserie . Try the Dark & Stormy , made with the bartender 's own home-made ginger beer .
Definitely get the chefs tasting with the wine pairing . Selection will rotate on a daily basis but you can bet that your meal will be the freshest on the island . Incredible.

Sit outdoors - nice vibe and they have their own garden . Good grilled cheese ,risotto , creme brûlée
If they have the fish wings , give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
This is by far the BEST restaurant on the island .
