Kiyomi is the best! I've tried the top stylists at Toni & Guy, Tony Studio, & Tiffany and none of them are as good. So glad I finally found someone in Shanghai who really knows what she's doing.

Prices are transparent. Staff are professional and friendly . More than willing to part with my money.
