The two meats + two sides plate is a LOT of (delicious) food for the price. The ribs are well-spiced and fall right off the bone.
Everything was great. Burnt ends , chicken , melt-in-your-mouth brisket , & pulled pork . Good selection of craft beer .
You cannot go wrong with whatever you order here! Big fan of the pork (in sandwich form), but the chicken , ribs , and brisket are all to die for!
Ribs , Rib Tips , Baked Beans , Fries , the sauces are great, as well . If you want to kick it up a notch, then grab Z's hot sauce !
The smoked gyro is excellent. Look for it among the rotating Tuesday specials.
The ribs are great. Really good dry rub style. Liked the chicken as well . Burnt ends were luscious meat candy .
Ribs are divine, fries are great, and the brisket is like bacon made of beef . I might be addicted to the brisket .
The pulled chicken is smoked glory. No sauce needed, but the mustard dill or smokey BBQ make it sing.
They have a secret sauce here and the secret is: they do not want you putting any sauce on their expertly smoked meats ! You will be warned.

Everything is good - even the brisket , which ends up dry & overly chewy almost everywhere else. The burnt ends have the potential to be their calling card.
